How do I track my order?

Once you fulfill or update your order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number link that will automatically connect you to your order status page. You can also download the Shop App directly from your devices App Store to provide you with real-time order status updates, delivery notifications, and live-map tracking.

When will my order be delivered?

The fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order and can depend on various factors such as; product availability, and the time of year (e.g. holidays). However, in general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days once orders are submitted. Because customers live in various locations, you can then check the tracking status for your delivery date from your confirmation order email.

How do I cancel my order?

You as a customers can't directly cancel your own orders once submitted. However, you can certainly reach out to us at support@zooscriptures.com so that we can proceed to cancel the order or update you with next steps if it has already gone into production.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If your order has already been placed and if the supplier hasn't sent the order to production yet, you can contact us at support@zooscriptures.com.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally but will be working on including international shipping to specific areas in the near future.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days once orders are submitted. This would include the time it takes in production for the canvas to be created. (estimated- 2-4 business days in production & then most orders are then shipped and delivered within the 2-3 business days after the time in production is completed).

What payment methods are acceptable?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others. While also offering Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and even Shop Pay (if you would prefer payment installments)

What will I see my payment show up as in my bank statements?

SP ZOOSCRIPTURES LLC is the description that is used on your bank statements for your order purchased.

What do I do if my canvas is damaged, defective, or I received the wrong item or size?

We apologize in advance for any damaged item(s). In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, ZooScriptures will contact our supplier who offers either a free replacement or a refund when you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. A clear photo showing the issue will also need to be provided to us to send to our supplier.

The process will begin when you click on the "Request Return" button and then select from your line item(s) which product you wish to return. Enter your reason for the return from the drop-down box and an optional note with additional details if necessary. Then click "Request Return" again to complete your end of the process so we can begin ours. You should then see the status showing the request has been sent and is being reviewed. You will be emailed once it is complete.

A notification to your email will be sent once the refund is complete and refunds can only go to your original payment method. However, refunds cannot be refunded if you chose the wrong canvas size, the wrong shipping details were entered, or you simply changed your mind about receiving the canvas in general.

How do I care for my canvas?

If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

What material is the canvas made out of?

The frame is made and stretched on a proprietary profile radial pine that is ethically sourced from FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) renewable forests.
Made with rubber dots on the bottom of canvas ensuring the canvas stays in place when hung.
Printed using latex inks that are non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-flammable.
Displays vibrant colors because of a unique canvas coating that produces the highest quality images using UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks.
Uses low glare, preserves details, and is great for hanging in bright areas.
